Haven't had time to read the comments but I had some time to watch the game at work off the DVR.
Harkless gets a much deserved round of applause from me. I have to give Stotts credit for sticking with him. PLEASE give us this Moe the rest of the season!
I love our big man combo with Nurk and Kanter. Credit to Stotts once again for actually feeding the big guys (and Harkless) when they had mismatches. Let's just punish teams physically! Look at the number of easy baskets we get both with those guys in the post and when the defense has to adjust and it leaves others open. The Blazers have been a team that has to fight for every bucket in the past so it's a real nice change of pace to be constantly getting layups and dunks.
I like when Hood is looking to pass out of the pick and roll instead of always pulling up for shots. It's fun to see players become distributors that aren't necessarily known for passing. Layman played great too.
I really hope Stotts realizes that the flow is just so much better without Turner out there. I don't know if he has the balls to bench him completely but I think this game and the 2nd half of the Brooklyn game showed how much more open the court is without having a guard that is a liability shooting outside of 12 feet.
Great fucking win!
