It starts with defense, leading to transition offense.

In games where our halfcourt offense struggles, we don't try to run enough in transition and especially secondary transition (which we're good at and which we just scored off of).

We wait until it gets to desperation and then we make a run. Terry, let's run earlier. Let's start attacking the rim earlier and take advantage of rhythm 3s in transition instead of weird standstill 3s that are more likely to be contested in the halfcourt.
