I do not want to hear Billups talk about "effort" anymore. The team is going to get tired of him saying it and it's not the main problem.

Yeah he should talk about the lack of athleticism and size on the roster that makes the rotations he's asking for impossible. He should talk about how the two "best" players don't feed off of each other at all. He should talk about it being a problem with the roster but that would get him fired so he'll keep asking for better effort because even though those other things are a big problem the defense looked flatfooted tonight and the offense wasn't moving the ball well.
