Well if he’s anything like Danny he will certainly be back. I honestly say if he’s not 100% let him rest so long as we stay up 2. If he can go and we are only up 1 then let him play.

BTW - such a tough task for the Rangers. Canes have been great at home, home teams in game 7 win a high % of the time, and the Rangers have been bad on the road in the playoffs - 1-5. Tough. Score first and I think they can do it though. Canes score first and it will be a long night IMO.

Two periods down, one to go. No excuses now up 3-0 with their 3rd string goalie in. Don't just shell it, stay reasonably aggressive, and we will get chances as they need to pinch like crazy you'd think. Get through the first 5 mins with a 3 goal lead and go from there. Team is all heart, cannot question that.

Still have no clue how Strome didn't score on that first chance. I guess maybe he shot it right into the goalies pad. Jesus - happy he scored soon thereafter, but we have to finish those plays. That is like the Kakko missed empty net in game 1. This one didn't cost us though since he scored on the same shift.

Kind of been his story. Misses so many great chances. Glad he got one.
