Yikes man this team can not have stretches like this and expect them to be in the playoff games...
 
Not mentally tough enough tonight. When adversity struck, everyone just started going for our own.

You know when you can tell we don't have it? When you see someone get the ball and four other guys standing around. That's the Blazers that stunk earlier this year.

A loss tonight pretty much cements them playing the clippers in the first round. And man, if they lose to Denver...

Exactly. The flaws were still there. This team is just not good enough to have sustained playoff success.

It's why I never got too high when we won 9 put of 10. A mirage.

And that Stotts is still a good coach for the team. Like, of the 10 games they played recently, most of their opponents weren't *that* good. And Phoenix, who is missing their starting center (and by "missing their center" I don't mean someone who has started 11 games over the last 2 years), and they're basically toying with the Blazers defensively.

After 9 years, they still don't know how to handle a double team on Lillard.
 
Melo is going to get eaten up on the defensive end simply with Craig’s energy and movement.
 
This is why it's good to be realistic. It's not so surprising. You're like "oh yeah we knew they were in there" lol

When Nurk's not mentally engaged, you really see a big drop-off in our play.
