I hate to say it but part of me kind of agrees with this. You’re chances are basically 0 now. Do whatever it takes to keep Dame and CJ healthy going into next year, and hope for the best with Nurkic.
 
Reminds me of when Oden came back and was on his way to a 20 reb game then all of a sudden he’s on the ground with his knee cap on the wrong side of his knee.

Exactly. Only thing that sucks is I wish we could somehow get a lottery pick out if this but it’s too late now this injury came at the worst time.
 
That left leg... is that the same one that was injured against the Rockets?
 
I left the game just a bit early. As we were driving out, we saw an ambulance leaving the Moda Center with it’s lights going.

Not good news.
 
I concur with those of you suggesting we just keep CJ shelved. A step further, shelve dame too. Get Trent, Simons, etc some playoff push experience and we’ll go again next season I guess. I really was starting to believe we could do something special I hate this. This has been my entire life as a blazers fan. I’ll never abandon them but this just fucking sucks so much

I thought their injuries involved ligament issues too? Not saying I know one way or the other (despite me implying he's done for the year). Just that I thought their injuries had a lot of nerve issues too.

Whatever it was, this fucking sucks a bag of dicks.

its amazing to look back at the moments and how this could have been avoided. too bad the refs let the nets get super physical with us. they lost control of the game and prove how bad they are( again)

Hayward was ligaments, i think PG was clean break

I have watched every game this season waking up at 5 6 am to just watch my blazers.....i have had such high hopes probably the most hope since 20 years....and this is how basketball gods reward us. First CJ and now nurkic. Worst of all Nurkic was ballin out of control not just now but 2 years ago he had hair line fracture and never came back for play offs. My mind and head is mindfucked now. I dont know what to do what to think.....how cursed is this franchise?! Why is this happening?
 
I’m tired of watching referees play basketball. I just don’t know if it’s worth investing my emotions in such a broken sport. It is not a healthy relationship. I do wish the team the best and a speedy recovery to Nurk, but I don’t know how much more basketball I can do this year. Even before the injury I was rolling my eyes and saying “are you fucking kidding me” at all the officiating shenanigans. I was ready to turn it off and check the score in the morning. Now our beast has a snapped fucking leg to show for it.

Sooooooo fucking discouraged right now.
