I was right about that prediction. Just remember I make predictions only when I know it will be right

Ummm.... The question was when did you make a prediction we'd lose. Not that you made a prediction that YOU lost.

Read the damn quote I quoted. It says it RIGHT THERE. YOU typed it.

I mean, come on dude.
I never predicted losses. Please show me.

You say you NEVER predicted losses.

But, I never say I told you so. Because you already got the egg all over your face.

And just to bring it full circle:

Tunchi said:
No way we win this game. We just dont beat West Playoff teams at THEIR PLACE. I guarantee a loss

That was well before tip off of the clippers game.

You PREDICTED the loss.

Any shred of reasoning and being transparent and forthright about being right or wrong is gone. You can't handle being wrong. Only handle when you're right. At least own up to it, breh.

Watching the Celtics give the Warriors all they can handle tonight. And this is without Crowder and with Thomas not playing well. I don't enjoy watching them when the play the Blazers, but I have to say I'm a big, big fan of the way the Celtics play. They are just a relentless team, I hear all the time from college basketball fans how NBA players don't play hard every game, but I would just point to the Celtics as a prime example of effort given every night. Avery Bradley might be my favorite non-Blazer in the league right now, Curry has 6 turnovers in the first half and it's not because he's playing poorly. Bradley is just playing great defense.
The problem that the Celtics have is that because of their aggressive defense, they leave a ton of guys open. Fortunately Chief was able to take advantage of it last night or the Blazers would not have won, period, and they probably would have gotten beaten pretty badly. There are all of these Jimmy Butler trade rumors flying around and I think the C's would be crazy not to poke around a bit. He fits that relentless style they are looking for and would make them a legitimate contender next year.

I totally agree with you. I went to the game with my son, and I made a few comments to him about how well coached, disciplined, and hard-working the Celtics are. He rarely hears me complement other teams.

As far as Avery Bradley, it sounds like CJ agrees with you -

It's easy to love Bradley. He provides old school, in-your-face, shut down D. Unfortunately I am jealous of Boston Celtics fans and their sense of entitlement. I can easily see them landing a couple of big name free agents this offseason. Then the Pats, Celtics and Red Sox all via for titles..... and I pull my hair out. :blahblah:

Free agents go to Boston? I'm not worried. One of the few cities we have an advantage over.

Are you not getting my point AT ALL? Did you not read my post?

Please tell me what you think my post is saying, and then i'll tell you the reality of it. Because there's an obvious disconnect.

The next big name FA the Celtics sign...will be their first big name FA signing. C's have never attracted any big time FA's... unless you count an over the hill Dominique Wilkins as a big signing. I'm optimistic that situation changes in the next year or two simply because of the core the team has and how great of a coach Brad Stevens is, but with all of the teams having loads of cap space next year, it's hardly a forgone conclusion too.

The enemy of your enemy is your friend.

Tunchi has made us friends Strenuus. That and Meyers getting hurt so there's no more debate. It's almost as if it was just meant to be.

Alright. If Boston can't draw anybody in free agency that gives hope to this Blazer fan!
