When it comes to bigs I know my first want is whiteside. Heat doesn't have bird rights on him. Drummond would be another I would make an offer too but Detroit has bird rights on him I believe so they can offer him more and match anything we throw at him.

All Whiteside cares about are stats. Howard wants to win, he's said it multiple times now.

Some people note that Miami's defense is worse with Whiteside on the floor. Well from what I've seen, he completely dominated the paint and anything the Blazers scored while he was in there had NOTHING to do with him. Because the rest of the players around him are bench players or wet toilet paper on D does not take away from the fact he was blocking everything in sight, deterring other shots and causing TO's just due to his presence. 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks in the first half.
