Did anyone else feel mildly suprised at how positive and glowing the ESPN team was about the Blazers? Doesn't seem like it was that long ago they hardly got any respect. Tonight however, even when the Blazers were down and making their comeback in the second it sure as hell sounded like they were approaching things in a friendly way to the team. Using the slower time in the first half to talk about the upside of players, calling dropped plays in a manner that suggested they're unusual/beneath the team, and when they finally pulled ahead their comment made me think thats what the expected from the team.
Or it just my rose-city glasses?
