At least he's not a chucker and he realizes what he needs to work on. I think his slump will be short lived.

By midseason I see him in the 45% range.

That is possible, but he's kind of had a sub-par shooting season. They're a quarter through the season almost.

Granted, it's just 15 (or so) misses that make up the difference. But it's hard to make UP those 15 shots.

He takes it into the defender and gets blocked instead of shooting that floater. He needs to get on that floater asap.
He does have pretty good success with it, but I don't think he's too comfortable shooting it off the dribble going either direction at full speed. It will come.

True.

The game every other day thing over past three weeks really did away with much needed practice time.

I don't know what's going on with Dame... he looked unguardable last season, but this year he seems so pedestrian if he isn't hitting threes. Did teams figure out how to defend him?

Yeah, that's what the Timberwolves announcers said about their team leading after three going into the fourth tonight.... Didn't end so well for them.

Well the difference is they only lead 6 times. We've lead 10 times at half. And minny just plain sucks

Timberwolves are far from a poor team. Definitely struggling as of late, but not bad. My point however remains the same, past performance doesn't guarantee future success.

I think teams are timing his stutter step when coming off of screens.

Blazer never lost when leading at half!

(Drops mic, feeding back and walks into the sunset)

That was a moving screen you blind homers

i am looking at the replay right now and no it was not. Lopez was moving but it was backwards... up the court away from the contact. That is not a moving screen.

Wes can destroy Blanky on the switches
