They should really only be there as a safety precaution. They don't need to be calling it so closely.

Did you just see that last sequence? The Blazers who got the offense rebound got hacked by like 4 guys without a call. Then Claver on the other end barely bumps Goudelock and they call it....like just...what the hell?
