Why do you spend so much time and energy complaining about how mods regulate a message board?

I don't like injustice.

I'm basically a damn superhero.

Draco, we live in a world that has rules, and those rules have to be guarded by men with morals. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Boob? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for the mods, and you curse the Mixums and Carlito's. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That the mods bashing, while tragic, probably saved posters. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves posters. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on those rules, you need me on those rules. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a backbone, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to.

No. I think certain posters are over moderated though. Mixum is a complete pain in the ass, but what he said in that thread should in no way have caused him to be banned.

What's just as annoying/trolish is some posters shitting on every thread saying other posters aren't real fans because they're discussing a weak area of a players game.

I think if you've been banned before from our community, and you return under a different moniker, you are going to have a significantly shorter leash than other people who have never been banned. It takes a lot to get a perma-ban from our community, there have only been a handful of people who have ever received one, and if those people return under a different name, we reserve the right to yank their rights at our discretion. Guys like Mixum, Odenisgod, and BenDavis were banned for legitimate reasons, so if we decide that they've worn out their welcome, we will give them the boot.

I guess my issue with both his ban and the people applauding it is the posts he was actually banned for. Saying he loved Quick is no reason to be banned, regardless of his M.O.
