Darius wasn't making 80+ million over five years.

Yeah, but he was not getting anything close to what he was finally offered, and he was crap before his injury and esp after it. Roy at least could become a role player IF god forbid, the team changes it's offense.

The Blazers should be thankful that they were playing a shitty team tonight, because against almost everyone else, this is a L.

Miles couldn't play. Roy may be injured but can still put 20+ up.

We're only in year one. I said it might end up being the worst contract. Let's see how we feel after year two or year three?

Happy we got the win. not happy how we got it. We need some changes

Superb job on the boards by Camby and Batum.

A role player making 80+ million.... :sigh:

its highly likely that Oden will have a more productive future for the Blazers than Roy. :( even if he's average and injury plagued.

Miles was never a max player and at least he wasn't in the lineup fucking up the flow of the game because nobody could quite figure out where to fit him in.

That win did not help Nate's job safety.

Our MVP tonight = Free throw guy.

I really don't see Roy's game deteriorating any from what it is now. His knees are bad and wont' get better and he has to learn to play off the ball a lot more. If Roy's knees don't fall off I don't see it being worse then Miles contract. But if they do fall off then you most likely will be right.

Victory in the record books,

a loss in every other way.

There were a lot of empty seats in the 200 level.

Paul Allen had a front row seat to witness the falling of Brandon Roy.

So is everything alright now after a scrappy win at home? LOL

Nate needs to go ASAP

Why are you making a sarcastic response to a comment not made?

Brian Cook and Craig Smith gave this team more motivation than Nate.

Not. Necessarily. A. Good. Thing.

I'd rather have Brandon play through this, and learn how to adjust, than be an absolute waste of space like Miles was.
