GAME THREAD: JAZZ @ BLAZERS 03.29.13 - 7:00 PM (PST)

At least I wasn't at the game this time. I witnessed that garbage game in person on Wednesday.

Mo Williams pwned Lillard.

In fact, we're losing to every team with a half-decent PG these days.

Look on the bright side, Lakers out of the playoffs once again.

Lillard having a nice little chat with the ref who refused to call any fouls for him on those drives.

Jazz extremely motivated, this win ties them for 8th place, we have nothing at stake, yet Hickson and Claver had us ahead until the last 2 minutes. We definitely play better without Aldridge.

Well, the 10 game win streak has to start tomorrow for us go have any chance and I'm fucking driving from Modesto to Oaklamd to go to the game. Ugh.

Zzzzzzzzz

Predictable and boring that this poster would be the first on the Lillard Scapegoat bandwagon.

Apparently outscoring by 2 points and getting 2 fewer assists in pwning.

You'll be at the game?!?

Season. Over.

Blazers have to stay behind Dallas to keep their draft pick.

Trolling trolling trolling ... keep that trolling going ...

Don't care about the losses now. Just wanna see Dame stat pad. He got torched again, but the D will come. I think some of you guys forget how shitty DRose/TP/et al were on the defensive end early on in their careers

I'm jealous. I want ALL of your attention.

Must be nice for opposing PG's yo know Lillard has no chance at guarding them because he has ZERO help behind him. I can't wait until we get a real center. Hickson and Leonard are embarrassing on defense

Completely agree; Lillard's man defense isn't awful and his help on double teams is getting better, but when Leonard is staring off into space and Hickson's already boxing out instead of meeting the guy at the rim, there's no chance to stop a guard on the drive.

I'm not judging by the boxscore, I'm judging by watching the game. When Maynor took over for Lillard, we went on a run. Lillard came back in and we just fell apart. If you actually watch, Lillard isn't a great PG. He's a very nice scorer but he hasn't got great vision. That makes the defense a lot easier.

It's funny, I compared Lillard to Mo Williams before the draft. Lillard has certainly been way better than I expected and deserves ROY, but it's kind of ironic to see him being outplayed by the actual Mo Williams. (No knock on Lillard: any vet of Williams' standing SHOULD be outplaying a rookie. And we forget that Williams was the second-best player on a finals team. But then again, that in itself reveals how awesome Lebron was and is.)

Once again: Lillard is a rookie, and I can't imagine a player (except possibly Drummond, who I was dead set against) taken after him being better, so he was a great pick. And he may turn out to be a rich man's Chauncey Billups. But right now he's having serious ups and downs, and yesterday's game was a definite down. Of course, being without Aldridge and Matthews turning the ball over EVERY FUCKING TIME didn't help.)

This is just ridiculous. No one takes you seriously any more.

24/7 is a "down" game, and he was playing without LMA, the only guy on the team who even tries to block a shot.

Ridiculous.

It appears that Lillard's schizophrenia affected the game outcome.

Half 1: 7 assists, 7 points, Blazers outscored Jazz 10
Half 2: 0 assists, 17 points, Jazz outscored Blazers 20, won game by 10
