EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey (Ticker) - The New Jersey Nets hopetheir home dominance of the Los Angeles Clippers will help snapa three-game losing streak when the two teams meet on Tuesday.
The Nets have won eight straight games against the Clippers inNew Jersey dating to January 15, 1998.
However, New Jersey has lost seven of its last eight games onits home floor this season after winning their first threecontests at the Izod Center.
Jason Kidd had his 92nd career triple-double in the Nets' 104-89loss to Washington on Sunday, while Vince Carter topped the30-point mark for the second straight game on 11-of-17 shooting.
The Clippers have struggled as well, losing eight of their lastnine games, including a 100-94 setback to the Miami Heat onSunday.
However, Chris Kaman has been stellar for Los Angeles, recordingfive straight double-doubles. Kaman is averaging 18.5 pointsand 13.7 rebounds this season, while Corey Maggette leads theteam in scoring at 20.6 points per contest.
