NEW YORK (Ticker) -- After snapping a brief two-game slide, thePhoenix Suns look for back-to-back wins on Sunday when theyvisit the New York Knicks.
Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire recorded double-doubles during a110-106 victory over the Orlando Magic on Friday. Nash scored15 points and added 14 assists while Stoudemire contributed 19points and 10 rebounds.
Nash, a two-time MVP, leads the league at 10.9 assists pergame.
Stoudemire looks to be fully recovered from soreness inhis right knee which forced him to miss three games earlier thisseason. The 25-year-old center has five double-doubles in 11games since returning to the lineup.
After an eight-game losing streak, the Knicks have won three oftheir last four games, including a 91-88 triumph over theMilwaukee Bucks on Friday.
The win came just one game after New York suffered one of itsmost embarrassing losses in franchise history during a 104-59drubbing by the Boston Celtics. A 3-pointer by Nate Robinsonfrom halfcourt at the buzzer was the only thing kept the Knicksfrom scoring the fewest points in franchise history during theshot-clock era.
