I'll keep this short and simple.

It was the Detroit game that unlocked Devin Harris. Before that game, he was a "scrub", "Starbury V2", and decidedly "not a PG". 24 freethrow attempts and 38 points later, that all changed. He became a rising star.

Having bested AI and the Pistons, he gave the League a break to catch their breath before he went on to squash the Hawk's hopes of a nearly perfect record by dropping 63 points, 18 assists, and 25 freethrows on them in barely more than 24 hours time.

And on the annual, fear-inducing, Thanksgiving West Coast trip he simultaneously calmed the hearts of Nets fans around the world and shocked critic after critic by bringing the Nets to an improbable 2 games over 500.

How you ask? First, by hitting a clutch turnaround jumpshot over the Kings, and then, sensing the bleeding of Deron Williams and Steve Nash, Devin Harris foamed at the mouth and exploded for 34 and 47 points on the Jazz and Suns. First it was the East that knew... and now even the Western teams knew the truth... no conference was safe from Devin Harris.

In fact, now with averages of 24 points, 6 assists, a nearly 500 record, and poised to wreak havoc in the playoffs, some believe that he has even entered the "NBA's Elite". Quite a turnaround eh?

oh lord... rasheed wallace is going to eat us up. Hopefully Yi gets in his gril and they both get ejected. Maybe put najera in there to fire up "Ball don't lie."

Big game by boone!!

Watch!

Iverson is gonna try and kill harris today.

lets go Nets..finishing off 2008 at .500 would be nice...today's game will be a tough one though I am afraid

Rip Hamilton isn't playing, so that should help us. Who's gonna stop VC? Iverson? Stuckey? Then the other is going to try to stop Harris?

I think we're winning this game. We already beat them in Jersey. And we suck there. Plus when we beat them, Boone was the starting center and we didn't have a (somewhat-)dominant force on the inside, like we do now with Brook Lopez.

Lets count how many 3 point plays Yi will give to Rasheed

well, Sheed play Center, though wouldn't surprise me that Yi start the game guarding him. Also Sheed gets less than 2 FT a game, but Yi does commit a lot of weak fouls. So I am guessing 2 at the most.

This team is so wacky that we'll probably beat them by double digits..

is anyone else listening to the coach interview with beadle? the guy is full of sh*t....

anyway, we need to watch out for stucky and AI... i have feeling we're gonna collapse too much on AI penetrating thus leavin wide open 3s again

Harris's shots have been off to say the least.. wow
