Game Thread: New Jersey Nets @ Los Angeles Lakers (Tues. 11/25, 10:30 PM EST)

Holy shit they are making crazy shots... I guess it isn't our nite ppl.

Did Trevor Ariza just do that to Vince Carter? Vince Carter, YOU'RE BETTER THAN THAT!

After solid play in the first half I would have never guessed it would turn into a butt-whooping. Especially with Kobe being a non-factor. Dissapointing.

Lakers first unit > Nets first unit
Lakers second unit >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Nets second unit

This is the worst 2nd half all season!

It's like the Nets are playing with no energy at all. I don't understand why Simmons keeps on shooting when he continue to miss. I also don't understand why Vince is getting more touches. I can barely see him touch the ball at all.

This game is over... I think Frank did a horrible job at substituting tonight... and all of our guys just came out really bad in the 2nd half.

Yea, wow, the Lakers second unit is batter than the first unit for some squads.... I might take that squad over the starting units of like... the Kings... or the Bobcats.... or the Thunder (except Durant, well.. maybe even Durant, these Lakers play great together)...

They lost that mean streak. Unfortunately rookies like Lopez have to adjust to long minutes and playing hard but vets playing half dead is unacceptable.

If you think about it.. it is the Lakers, but as fan of course you want to win all games.

devin was off and vince got into foul trouble, the game was doomed when the subs had to play extended minutes against arguably the most talented team this decade (in my opinion).

Lakers 3rd string forward >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bobby Simmons

No kidding.

One of the Lakers main bench guys last year, Luke Walton, doesnt even see the light of day this year. thats crazy

There are 4 players that will benefit from tonight's game

Brook Lopez experience wise and NBA stamina wise, IQ wise
Yi aggressiveness
Ryan experience wise and NBA IQ wise
Jarvis intangiblewise ex. learning to box out

No one else I can say benefited from tonight.

If you think about it.. it is the Lakers, but as fan of course you want to win all games.

We know its the lakers. Im just mad that they kept it so close and then i dont know what the fuck just happened we were down by 20. And this was the lakers without Kobe don't forget
