Still no concrete offense. We're winning so far by making hustle plays. Really, it's 5 "energy" guys with Ryan Anderson hitting a 3.</div>
that's a sarcasm i guess

There he is.

Hit's 1-2 free-throws. He's really really jacked.

Did williams just get out rebounded by Korlev there? KORLEV? come on man.

Im so frustratred with Swat man... I just wish he would dominate everybody! Come on dude!!

Ryan Anderson scores 9 in the first quarter. Carroll had some where near there. Nets up 22-13 after 1

Jigga, any prediction on when we should jump off Sean's bandwagon??

I have an authentic jersey of his, so I'm in this for life!

yep. I'm afraid you (hello, Sean) can not compete in the nba if you have no desire to do so.

Carroll has 6 points on 3/4 shooting.

I wouldn't expect Sean to dominate offensively, he's just not going to get that many touches with this group. This is extremely guard oriented. If I were coaching I'd put Anderson at center and fill up with guards.

I'm getting tired of waiting. I can forgive anything except unwillingness to get nose dirty, to compete day in and day out. If Sean thinks he can have a career in the NBA where he's just fooling around on the floor - he's mistaken.

caroll can't handle the ball, or pass. no way we expect him to be a point for us if we take him after camp

Nice move! Wow i didnt know he had that in him. The dude has the talent for sure. (WTF is up with the jazz fans getting so into it and screaming during the FT attempts.)

BAD CALL! That as a nice move by lopez and the guy got in there late! Very nice move and very bad call... Oh well u're in utah.

I like the Nets mentality this game. Penetrating every time. CDR just tried a nasty dunk. He missed but he was fouled. Man that guy can sky.

Man these refs suck.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Claud @ Jul 22 2008, 08:40 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>CDR GOT HOPS!</div>
If he only dunked it... oh my!

that could have been the dunk of the summer league from cdr, topping anderson's

CDR is such a natural scorer. He gets the rebound, takes it coast-to-coast, stops, and then puts up a floater in traffic.

Rod Thorn is being interviewed now. Guess what guys, he likes Dooling! Oh hey and he sees Carroll as a combo guard. Gee whiz, rod...

He's also wearing a very fashionable Salmon-colored shirt.

Ha! How about that block by Sean? Now if only a blocking foul wasn't called on whoever ran back on D with him, that would have really been something.

I'm still rooting for Hodge. I hope he shows us something this game and the next, his time may be limited for NJ, though it may have increased with Marcus gone (he can play point, and probably better than Carrol )

Rod is the man. Also Anderson and CDR are playing very good.
Brook just cant get it together so far. He is playing good D, but offensively bad.
Swat is just being Swat.

how do you know by combo guard he doesn't mean 2 on offense and 1 on defense?

What is this Sean being Sean crap? You guys are watching the game there can't be any excuses for this!

In the past 5 minutes we've seen two massive rejections only to be called off because someone else on the Nets fouled the guy with the ball.

He's not scoring, because no one is getting him the ball. The entire team is either passing and shooting on the perimeter, or Hodge or CDR going coast-to-coast.

I've heard of moving without the ball, but scoring? C'mon.
