:reading:BLAZERS' GAME NOTES
• The Pacers have won three in a row against the Trail Blazers in Indianapolis while Portland has won the last four meetings with Indiana at the Moda Center.

• The Trail Blazers and the Pacers split the season series last year for only the second time in the past nine seasons (2004-05 through 2012-13.

• Indiana has not won four in a row against the Trail Blazers since winning nine in a row in the series from 2004 to 2008.

• Only two of the last seven games played between Portland and Indiana have been decided by less than 10 points. Four of the past six meetings in Portland between the two teams have been decided by eight points or fewer.

• Damian Lillard averaged his highest league-wide career fi eld goal percentage last season against the Pacers at 58.1 percent in two career games against Indiana.swept the season series with New York for the first time in 2012-13 for the first time since the 2008-09 season (2-0).

GO BLAZERS!!!

Heres our toughest challenge to date. This will probably be a loss since Indiana looks very good, but we have all the tools and the home crowd to pull it off. Go Blazers!

How is this possible if the Blazers have lost 3 in a row in Indy and Indy has lost 4 in a row in Portland?

You would be called an idiot for saying that in October. It feels pretty fantastic to say it as a matter of fact.

Well duh. Everyone thought Miami would be number 1 in the east by this time. ;)

I don't think we'll be hurt all that much by the Pacers' attack on O since their best players are wings and that's where our D is the strongest. The problem will be their ridiculous defense that will not only take away threes, but also any inside drives. If we score over a 100, we should win, but if it's in the 80s or even 90s, we're screwed. They play a really boring/methodical game that is ugly as hell to watch.

Half way to my prediction. 2-0 on this back to back!

HOMER PICK!

Just got home and am watching the Pacer vs Clipper game....... Gonna' be a tough one tonight!

I agree. I think we can win it, but that team looked good against the clips.

I honestly think we'll win by double digits. And that's no disrespect to the Pacers, they're a great team. They'll beat us in Indy

Marc Stein @ESPNSteinLine
Pacers are 13th team in history to start an NBA season 16-1. Seven of previous 12 reached NBA Finals ... with five going on to win it all

Let's be the team that breaks their 7 game win streak!

The hunted becomes the hunter!

“Midway through our streak I noticed we were being hunted. Every team wants to be the team to knock that team off, because we were like that. People are getting up to play us now and were demanding teams best and we have to have ours at all times. We are not a cool team, some teams are cool teams we don’t have cool players, we have dogs and you have to play like that.”

Watch the BLAZERS surprise us all and completely blow this team out, like we did against the spurs. Reason? Well, the spurs are a great defensive team, but our offense isn't built like most teams in the nba. Shot blockers like Hibbert aren't as effective, since most of our points are from the perimeter and three. As long as they can't disrupt our passing, we will be fine. Also, LMA is the perfect inside player to combat Indiana's interior defense. His block fade away is unblockable! I have a feeling Hibbert may be in foul trouble tonight!

Woot, got 100-level tix for tonight's game for freeeeeeee. Booya, lets go blazers!
