GAME THREAD: Wizards @ Blazers 3/22/11

Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great, join today!

Man I love some Johnson garabage time.

The injured Armon will play!

TCOB.

When the Blazers focus on ball movement, they are really fun to watch.

Man, the Wizards SUCK! I can't believe we lost to them earlier in the year!

I hope the lockout doesn't last too long because this team is going to be even more fun to watch next season.

it'll be interesting to see what is gonna happen. Hunter/Stern seem like they are going to come to blows soon.

Our starting front line's line: 72 points on 26-41 shooting (63%), 18-20 FT (90%), 26 REB, 6 AST, 7 STL, 4 BLK.

Chris Johnson impressed the hell out of me tonight. That kid has hops. Put on a few pounds of upper muscle and he's a baller. That standing dunk he threw down over a Wizard = teh spooge.

Chris Johnson definitely showed he has NBA talent. But it was garbage time against the worst road team in the league. If he can be effective and make an impact during meaningful minutes, then I'll be more excited. But he's no doubt a project who's worth investing in for now. He's already 10x better than what Ha would ever be.

I'd like to see him after a summer of working out with the Blazer trainers, hitting the weight room, and learning from Buck Williams and Marcus Camby.

Batum is pretty dynamite when he's aggressive. He needs to get into that mode more. He has star potential, he just needs to assert himself.

I'm really loving the core of Aldridge, Miller, Batum, Wallace and Matthews. If Oden can return next (non-lockout) season, it's still a very exciting core of talent. Roy's also a wildcard...if he can learn to play within his new limitations and be effective in about 20-25 minutes of play, he could be a super reserve.

From the 8 min mark in the second quarter to the 9 min mark of the fourth, we went on a 60-25 run.

You take that back!
