Man.....the energy tonight at the game was the best it's been in a while. That second half was magical, and the one thing I'm disappointed with is T-Rob not getting subbed out near the end of the game for a standing ovation. Player of the game.

I was calling for it! There was that time with Wes on the FT line and Adlemen already put up the white flag that he could have done it.

He got two more rebounds after that. I bet he was glad to stay in.

I do think they wanted to let him try to get a career high in points as well (he deserved it), so keep him in for a couple more plays to get a couple more shots.

I know. But he already had a career high in boards... I just really wanted to see what the crowd would have done.

LOVE that reaction on the block... you don't see that kind of fervor for a play alot anymore. It was really fun to see.

I could see that. He did take that jumper with about 90 seconds left.

You know it was a great team game when guys like Barton get a standing ovation. That was just awesome to watch. Blazers basketball returned in the second half tonight.

I was at the game.

After it was over, T-Rob had his name on the screens that go around the stadium (the ones between the 300 and 200 level). Basically he still ended up with the recognition. The fans knew it was an awesome job that he did tonight.

The T-Wolves really hate Kevin Love. There is no chemistry at all on that squad. It is just a team of people who want to get stats and get out of there. A few years ago I remember Kevin Love discussing in an interview with Bill Simmons about how he takes rebounds away from his own teammates (and acting like this was a good thing). I am not surprised he has not made it into the post season.

Just now watching the game. Ugly first half. Assume there is more to cheer about in second half.

Accept for the final few minutes, the second was pretty bad. You're right.

I was really, really angry, and said, "That's it, I'm turning it off!" but my wife told me to shut up and finish the game because she didn't want to watch any more Olympics.

With everyone having to step up due to his absence, there is no doubt this bench will be stronger when LA get's back.

His groin injury might be a blessing in disguise.

Yep: minor enough that we're not DOOMED, but major enough that we have to actually work and stuff in order to win.

Proud of these guys. Loving the Robinson, Claver, Barton dynamic. No doubt temporary. But they bring a different element off the bench that we haven't seen. If we can keep these three going, throwing Mo and a more consistant CJ on top. It's a bench that is good enough to get this team places.

LA being out is a blessing in disquise for the team. They are 2-1 without him. And everyone has played great in the last couple of games.

This has happened in years past. Aldridge misses games, his many shots are spread to the subs when they get to play, and it gets posted that it's a blessing in disguise, and this was a fun game to watch.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO TRADE LA?! :MARIS61:

That game was NUTS! Shouldn't of had to play that hard to beat a sorry Wolves team, but I'll take the W!
About to read this thread......cant wait to see which one of you mouth breathers was ready to trade everybody and fire the whole coaching staff when we were down 18!

Looking at the box score one thing surprised me -- Rubio played?

I didn't even notice him.

It looks like Dante Cunningham has the size advantage over Thomas Robinson

No idea why Neil traded for this midget. No skill and undersized.

And it helped Houston acquire Dwight.

This is EXACTLY why your opinions hold know weight here. Thanks for reinforcing your lack of knowledge.
