That game was NUTS! Shouldn't of had to play that hard to beat a sorry Wolves team, but I'll take the W!
About to read this thread......cant wait to see which one of you mouth breathers was ready to trade everybody and fire the whole coaching staff when we were down 18!

The Wolves had won three games in a row, were making a playoff push, and Love had just had his first triple double. It was a huge win. And you have to play hard to beat any NBA team anyway. To me, this was by far the most fun game of the season.

Nearly an inch taller and 20 lbs heavier than Dante.

Boom.

Not surprising his breakout game came against a player that isn't physically bigger than him for once

I guess that's why he looked like he was playing at Kansas again?

You're singing a different tune now.

It was the other way around in the first half.

Considering what I said is true, it's not trolling

He's undersized and really has no skill to his game

The point is, you're banging on a buy who had the game of his career. It makes no sense. Mo drives me nuts, but do you think I'd be hammering on him if he was in the middle of scoring 30 points for us? I just don't understand your frame of mind when you watch a game.

Standing next to each other you see almost no difference between the two on tv

The Mayor of ClownTown here is giving me a headache.......... good night everybody.

Jeing 39% FT shooter... hits both. GG.
I think that's why i didn't get so stressed, all kind of weird bounces, Cunningham hitting every open shot, Berea and Love as hot as can be; I just thought things might even out.

I made a post about him in the game thread after he gave up another offensive rebound and the Blazers were down big.

The Blazers and Thomas Robinson pulled it together and I gave them the credit

What's your deal?

I just told you my "deal." You have your guys that you like to pick on and you'll completely ignore any positives so you can focus on the negatives. If the positives become too much for you to bag on them, you'll just disappear. Go look. In this thread you had post #300 and then you vanished into thin air during Robinson's big run. You didn't post again until #382.

even I saw that after several beers, refs blind to Love
y favorite was where he tried three times on one possession to initiate contact with Trob, in hopes of drawing a foul, without any interest in making a shot, and then he whined when he finally got called for a travel.

He played great defense on Kevin Love too.

At times yes

There were other times he was playing way off Kevin Love and giving him easy shots. Mike Rice pointed it out numerous times.

Look. This was a great game for Thomas Robinson. Career game for him. It just doesn't magically change who he is, though.

He's undersized and hasn't really shown much skill to his game.
His basketball IQ is below average
Looks lost on both ends of the court at times
Despite having good rebounding numbers, he's not that good at boxing out. It's all effort/hustle with him.

There's a reason why he lost his spot at one time to...... Meyers Leonard

What happened for him tonight was his energy/hustle (his best asset at this point) was off the charts and Minnesota couldn't match it. It was a great performance.

But looking ahead, there's nothing in this game that really changed my opinion on him as a player.

He's kind of average most nights
Below average others nights
Then he has a few real gems like tonight sprinkled in there

What did we give up for Robinson again?

Oh please

This entire forum picks on Mo Williams even when he's playing well. One play and boom, trade Mo he's awful.

Mo has contributed a hell of a lot more than Robinson this season

TRob... that's not your shot bro.
Yes, I love the guy, but really he has to be cut out of the offense unless he is right at the basket. Just like a coach should never let josh Smith take threes, Trob should never be allowed to touch the ball unless he is at the basket. Maybe in a couple years he can develop some more skills...

What did we give up for Robinson again?

My bad, I found it.......

July 10, 2013: Traded by the Houston Rockets to the Portland Trail Blazers for Kostas Papanikolau, Mirko Todorovic, a future 2nd round draft pick and a future 2nd round draft pick.
