I fight this all the time.
But recently i have learned that taking profits when i feel they are worth it are just that. Worth it.
I no longer look back and say i coulda had more. I just say i made some and i'm good with that.
My wife does that when gambling.

Winners:
$AMC + 17.5%
$ITRM +10.11%
$TRCH +25%

$TRCH is interesting, it just completed a merger, I believe the naked shorts have to close their positions now or before the merger is complete. There is also supposed to be a per-share dividend being paid out due to the merger as well.

Losers:
$BBIG -8.5%
$AHT = -6.21%

This is what happens to me. I get so busy i just cannot keep up with it on a daily basis. That is why most of my trading is for long term holds.
By the way i am doing pretty good but not great this week.

$TRCH up 64% to $5.90 now. I bought some more at $4.71 when the market opened.

Its gonna get dumped hard after its all said and done though.

$TRCH lost momentum, but hopefully picks it up. Waitin for dat dividend tho!

I took your lead on that and bought at 4.79. Only 100 shares but lets see what happens. Thanks.
As of today i'm up 20.6%
about $100

Dipped a bit, I bought more. Hopefully this dividend crap is good and the shorts have to close their positions

Penny stock a friend turned me on too: $MLYF - Western Magnesium Corporation

Their upside is they own a new environmentally friendly technology for producing magnesium. Currently China produces 86% of the worlds magnesium. Magnesium is one of the metals on the critical minerals list and Western Magnesium will produce magnesium only in the US. I bought a bunch of shares at .10 a couple months ago, and they are now .20. I know almost nothing about trading, but they have been making moves towards getting into production and are close to taking orders. They are setting up an office in DC as well, I'm assuming to seek government contracts once they are ready go.

You guys might check them out. Here is a recent article:

It's private "Non-Brokered". What avenue do we take to invest?
Sounds like you have to buy a investment note?

I bought shares on TD Ameritrade. Calling myself a novice at this would be flattering myself honestly. A friend bought his shares on Robinhood I think.

That is funny. I use TD also.
I was going under MYLF
I found it. MLYF works much better.
