In a surprising turn of events, an Obama Administration spokesman announced today that President Obama has decided to honor the 43rd President of the United States.

A presidential decree by Obama will be issued in order to rename the tectonic plates beneath Haiti after George W. Bush.

That active geological area will then be officially referred to as "Bush's Fault."
