The dude is wearing a PLO scarf, giving the ISIS salute, under investigation by the FBI for hearing calls to ISIS. Is booted out of the army for poor performance and he still can check a gun in to baggage
and travel unimpeded? Holy Shit, what is a trigger?
Shoots 13!

When's the last time you looked at an airport security guard and felt like you'd better have your shit together? Yeah, me neither......probably starts at $10.22 an hour and requires a GED

Hell I think he did every thing but ask to be taken to Gitmo. The only reason he isn't is, Obama want's to close it.

Yeah man, but the FBI let this dude skate too.
FBI...fucked beyond imagination....they were probably downloading porn on a cell phone...the guys who actually stand a post are always the bottom feeders. Even if they raise a flag , someone has to listen.....which, by the way, is what scares me most about Trump...this dude just doesn't operate with a transceiver.....only a transmitter

Don't see why it's the FBI's fault - sounds like they did the right thing, called the cops and got him sent to the psych ward.

If we sent everyone who sounds psycho to Gitmo, who would be left to post on S2?

barfo

someplace has to be a vetting ground for the future

That's 2 radical islamic terrorists (that we know about) the FBI knew about, investigated, and let loose without keeping track of or flagging in the system.

Or are they encouraging them, then turning them loose? :dunno:

- The suspect showed up several months ago at the FBI office in Anchorage, law enforcement officials told CNN. He was interviewed and said he was hearing voices in his head, including some telling him to join ISIS. He was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation, the officials said. He voluntarily checked himself in, the officials explained.

- A senior federal law enforcement official told CNN the visit came in November and Santiago reported his mind was being controlled by a US intelligence agency. Santiago said he didn't want to harm anyone but was erratic and made disjointed statements. The FBI interviewed family members and checked with other agencies and in databases before closing its investigation.

Some friends of Santiago accompanied him to the FBI office, law enforcement sources said.

- Santiago worked for a security company in Anchorage, a law enforcement source said. CNN called the company and the owner said he was working with law enforcement.

We have a long history of criminals in and out of the system....it's like a college for furthering your education and criminal network connections

He probably didn't have an insurance card or he'd be on thorazine already

When these terrorists "slip through the cracks", the FBI can justify asking for (and likely getting) increased funding and broader legal powers. Instead of wasting all that time investigating a politician who everyone already knew was made of teflon, they should have been focusing on the really serious shit. It's all just a big political game......

We have this "no fly list" with God knows who on it and this guy is ok to fly with no luggage but a gun. Makes total sense.

The worst part about this is that this Iraq vet wanted help and by law released himself from a mental disorder center. IMO- If a mentally unstable person travels with a bag of guns, the least law enforcement should do is have that bag sent to a police station and have this corrupted soul go there to pick it up. At least a few intelligent professionals can determine if he is really hearing voices. No ammo should be allowed with gun transport. Law Enforcement can sugar coat this all they want to but they really fucked up with dead bodies scattered on a baggage terminal floor.

But Second Amendment
