I know it sucks, but just wanna know what i can do to fix it.

i would say to get a better bg, this one is too busy and doesnt go with the sig, pic placement and text is ok, but the pic quality is not, try adding effects to it. overall its ok just keep working at it

What type of effects should i add?

make the pic bigger, give it a visible border, put the pic under the border. get rid of the lightning. change the width of the sigto something like 350-370px. change the font so it fits the new width.

the bg stands out too much. The player should be the thing that stick out.

The lightning backround looks bad. Try making the backround Bobcat colors. Maybe use brushes for the backround in this sig. Add an effect on a player, maybe overlay? Like Fabolous make the picture bigger and a visible border also.
