I get a lot of problems falling asleep, and I usually can't go to sleep because I'm never sleepy enough. Then I wake up with only 6 hours of sleep, and I feel like sh*t and I still have to go to school. I also want to have at least 8 - 9 hours of sleep, because I was growing like crazy last year, and now, I stopped growing because of the amount of time I get to sleep. Does anyone know of any suggestions? Thanks.
