What is a GFX league anyway?

You get a bunch of people to sign up...(players), than you have owners draft a team of graphics guys. So you have like 5 teams - with say 5 players each. Each team gets their own sub-forum thats pass-word protected. In each sub-forum, players discuss and give each other feedback. Every week, a team players another team for a span of some amount of weeks...there is a playoffs and a champioship round.
