So I had to go back to Google Street view to see what was there. That building was a 110 year old house and it has bee completely destroyed. Just a pile of rubble.

Bagel shop downstairs, and a super fancy tattoo studio up top. A buddy of mine from highschool worked at the tattoo place. So much equipment and art went up.
