He's 28 years old, which isn't old, but he's not Mr. Young and his value will go down each year from here on out.

He's 28 years old, which isn't old, but he's not Mr. Young and his value will go down each year from here on out.</div>We're talking about a pitcher with an ERA under 3 for 3 consecutive seasons. He should be their closer for the next 5 years or so if not more. A couple prospects wont do the Pirates any good if they cant close out their games. Their goal is to be a successful team, not a AAA team for the rest of baseball.

I don't think their farm system is THAT impressive either, so they should add to it.
