That was one of the worst decisions Burton made in the first one.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>(I agree that Kingpin would be another great villain for Spider-Man, or the Punisher (but we know that would be retarded because of experience)).</div>Punisher would actually be pretty cool, only and if only they get the only man that can play him. Henry Rollins.

Can't wait to see it, loved the first two so hoping this will be as good. X-Men are my favourite comic book films (still hoping they'll make another one of them) but Spiderman is right up there. Sandman looks quite good, we'll have to see if James Osborn can be as good as Willem Defoe was as the Goblin.

I effin hate all of these comicbook movies. Along with all these animated films lately.Whatever happened to being original and making up a legit real movie? But I mean I can't blame them when the things gross so much money for some reason...

Yeah, Ill probably see it on Sunday...only the hardcore fans will be going at midnight tonight...

I'm definately not going to see it on opening weekend b/c it is HELL trying to go to a movie in southern california. I saw Blades of Glory on opening night and holy sh*t, it was ridiculous.

That movie had a weak plotline and was a sequel. Not original one bit.Just saying, get used to most movies nowadays being unoriginal. Especially ones that get the theater greenlight(half of the movies are just moneymakers). Independent movies rarely get a legit theater run and that's where true cinema is, without the MPAA system on there necks and filmmakers care about their movie. Sequels, remakes, adaptations are the works in Hollywood right now. Because the average filmgoer sees them. Oh and I know I ranted a little on theater run movies, but not all of them are like that. I'll say a good half of them are decent to great movies. The other half not so much.

remember his DNA has been enchanced by the spider bite. Not only does that make him able to make a web, but it gives him ultra fast reflexes. He is able to move and react much faster than any human ever could. To answer the question of watching this movie, I'll probably go see it sometime, but probably not this weekend(although I will have plenty of time this weekend since there is no game 7 for me). I'm much more into the graphic novel comics and Batman. I absolutely love the Sin City series and pretty much anything that Aurthur Miller or Alan Moore. Miller is known for the Sin City series, 300, and the new Batman graphic novels. Moore has some tremendous work and has written From Hell, V for Vendetta, and The Watchmen. Watchmen is going to be made into a movie and should be awesome. :worthy:

^I think you mean Frank Miller.I just noticed CB4's quote about changing costumes. To add to what Justice and Pj said, in a universe where a guy webslings and has superpowers, you dare question how he changes his costume so fast.

Im not a big Spiderman fan but I'll check it out soon. My bro works at a movie theater so I can get in free.

Just saw the movie. Will post a review tomorrow.

Yeah, wouldn't people see him changing cosrtumes though? Did you guys see that scene where he's on his bike and these bandits crash into him...in the middle of New York...and then suddenly, the next thing you know he changes into his Spider Man costume?

Anyways about that, He has the spiderman powers embedded in his biological system, the costume is to cover his face. However it wasnt a bad movie, I would have liked to see Mary Jane get naked, but you do with what you have. I never seen Peter parker such a bastard like that though.

I thought it was a really good movie, but I didn't really like the ending.

I saw the movie. I liked it. Not as much as the second one, but it was good. It really felt like they were trying to jam the whole comic into this one movie though- which I didn't like. As much as Venom was apart of that cartoon I loved growing up, and the video-games, I was suprised they didn't develop that character more. Also, it seems like they just threw in all of Parker's women for no reason at all, and then just pulled them right back out. It was better than there not being a third movie though.

I just finished watching it. Nothing spectacular but it was good. I actually liked it better than the last two Spider-Man movies. 8.5/10

</div>I'm not saying it's bad. What I am saying is that for people like me who were <15 years old around that time are very passionate about such a thing, so it is weird to change the idea of this franchise now when it was successful for so long. Another series that will be under tight scrutiny in the future is Transformers. It has the potential to be really good, but they could also blow it.Actually, if anything I have hated the "creative" additions that they made in these Spider-Man movies. I can't recall any other instance where Spider-Man had trouble figuring out his powers. From what I remember, he was supposed to gain the instincts of a spider, which makes that "go-web-go! LOL!" scene pretty f*cking stupid. That was one scene that turned me off to the Spider-Man movies. They add stupid scenes to try to make the movie "funny" or "romantic" or whatever bullsh**. It looks like it will be the same with this dumb ring theme in this movie. What they need to do is just have Spider-Man be clever and witty like he is in EVERY OTHER FORM OF MEDIA, and then maybe the movies wouldn't be so crappy.

Wow. RaptorFan gave me the link and watched it( my friends saw it today but I couldnt go. read the let off your anger thread why.) Good movie. I liked the plot etc. They made Gwen Stacy too important IMO. Ending was cool but with Harry

. Judging by the ending I think that should be the last one. If they make another 1 its going to like kill it.

What did they change that you didn't like, Justice?

I'm seeing it today. I've heard mixed reviews so far so I'm not sure what I'll expect. I did really like the first two though.
