Yup, partial tear of the ac ligament in the right elbow. Probably doesn't pitch in a MLB game until 2016.

...don't see the reasoning. If he pitches before 2017 it should already be established whether or not he's effective. If he's not, he likely won't be signed by anyone, if he is, the Yanx will likely resign him.
