Sounds like the joy of an FDA audit.....yeah baby! Hammer we have a $55M contract with the VA....and they want to audit our diversity supplier program. Like we're supposed to find vendors with LGBT mgmt/owners. There's a reason why we dumped blackberry's for iPhones. Yes, because their CEO is gay....I can't make this shit up.

Very cool, congrats! My colleague has been dealing with the Pell-Freez video fallout. A lot of biologics are sourced from slaughterhouses, directly and indirectly.
I'm a huge proponent of recombinant biologics and chemically defined media. We can't yet eliminate animal testing at advanced stages, but we sure can less these practices at the earlier stages. Currently driving an initiative to eliminate all pAb and mAb, replacing with rAb. And I know folks that are combinatorially replicating FBS from recombinant components. Life Sciences going to change radically by 2020.
