let me get a rafer alston avatar with heat logo in background, and a Jason Williams and James Posey sig with red and teal in it and a logo somewhere in it

Save them as .PSD's to avoid things like this.

And FF, I can't do logos but I'll try to do the rest. Give me a few days. I'll be gone this weekend.
