Greg Anthony says Lillard's the best

Lillard is a scoring PG. That's what he is and he's great at it. We have the 2nd best record in the league. Why would you want us to play any differently? It should be noted though that he had 11 assists to go with his 40 points last night. But Dame plays within a team concept. He had hockey assists too. Parker has never been a top assist man but he has 4 rings and a Finals MVP award.
 
Does the mere fact that people have to bring up the All Time Greats and compare then to Lillard... Signify how good Lillard actually is?
 
what i think is fairly safe to say is that DL is pretty much the best 360 point guard playing in the league right now, and whilst it's still too early imo to talk about him in the company of Magic/Stockton/Oscar etc in terms of careers, he is no doubt having a comparable impact to what they had when they were at their peak in the league and is, like they did, changing the way the position is played, viewed and valued.

I'm just happy he's a Blazer and is killing mofos left right n center - it's a hell of a time to be a Blazers fan!

I have no idea what that is so there was no need to comment on it. Also it seems like it's something you enjoy so I didn't want to saying bad about it.

Can someone change this tweet for Lillard's account? Something like "@Dame_Lillard hits another lucky three. Most overrated PG in the NBA."
 
So, the question for me is...is Damian having the best three years of any PG in Blazer history? I think so, and my favorite all time Blazer is Terry Porter.

Probably, yes. But I think part of it all is seein how/what the team does. If the team advances to the 2nd round, at least, then yes. I'd like to see us make Western Finals. There are stay guys, and then there are those that carry a team. From what I can tell, Dame can and does carry a team. I need to continue to see team growth/development as well as player growth/development (which I'm seeing both thus far).

I knew Dame would be good. Honestly, I never thought he'd be THIS good. If LA is sticking around to break franchise records, he may as well leave now. Several records he could set could be erased a few years later by Dame.
