Greg Oden and the end of microfracture surgery

You're making the claim that the training staff wanted to bulk up Greg. YOU are making a claim that you are treating as fact. When questioned about your claim, you should have a source to back it up. It's not up to me to be your Fact Checker. You made the claim. Back it up! I think you're insecure in your position, and now you're lashing out at me for questioning it. A before/after photo proves literally nothing. You said 30 lbs. of muscle was the plan. Were you lying? Were you incorrect? I certainly aren't going to take your word on it. You blamed the staff.

Where did I say 30 lbs of muscle was the plan? I said he put on 30 lbs of muscle. Learn the difference.

As for what you think, again I just don't care.

I'm sorry maxie but if you think that's 30 lbs of muscle I have some swampland in FL to sell you. Greg Oden became a lazy drunk and I would wager to say that over 50% of the weight he gained was fat.

7.9% body fat the same as when he was drafted but nearly 30 pounds of muscle gained. If Quick was correct then it was Nate and not the staff that suggested Oden stop bulking up.

Portland old training staff was a joke

Nobody can put on this amount of "muscle" in 5 months.

Greg Oden is getting big. As in ripped. Muscular. Monstrous.

In fact, the Trail Blazers rookie center, who has put on 29 pounds of mostly muscle since July, has become so big, so quickly during his post-microfracture knee surgery rehabilitation that the team this weekend redirected his weight-lifting program to focus less on bulk and more on core strength.

Also, clearly that wasn't the team's plan, and he had another entire season to lose weight, which he didn't.
