Not all food is cat food. Cats don't eat plant food as a rule (except chewing grass). I've had a few cats with oddball tastes, including one who liked granola, and no, she was not a Berkeley cat. Lucia did enjoy the petrale sole with miso butter I made last week, but passed on the accompanying barley pilaf.
