Do we really need to add more players next season? We improved our SG position this year merely by the growth of CJ. We can improve SF and PF next year merely through the growth on Harkless and Vonleh.

Let's see who performs in the playoffs. CJ blossomed last year against Memphis, and we learned a lot about who he is. We'll learn a lot about what we need and what we don't after the playoffs are done.

We need a minimum of 2 players replaced...that's not bad but I think we'll see 3 new guys

I really don't want to have to wait until June.

Nothing wrong supplementing organic growth with some well timed signings.

Who will be our "Iguodala"?

So who is your starting lineup next year?
I'd probably do what I wanted to do this season and start Henderson and bring CJ off the bench...Play them similar minutes but I just don't think CJ is a tipoff difference maker...we lose too many first qtrs...Dame, Henderson, Harkless, Davis, Horford maybe...but that's only if we don't get Paul George somehow:_

Good question. The Question is do we already have him?

I meant it more like who will we sign? The Warriors were coming off a feel-good season making it to the second round and got Iguodala (one of the biggest FA at the time) to commit to a 4 year 58 million dollar contract. It really helped jumpstart the championship team.

That's true. And they also got growth from within with Draymond.

I think small forward is the position I'd target, if you're going to play Harkless at power forward. I think Aminu is a backup.

Best available player that we can get regardless of position (yes even PG but we won't have to worry about it as other free agents are better)

Three guys that would fit our system pretty well:

Harrison Barnes
Nic Batum
Evan Turner

I think we'll see a lot of 'cake baking' next year. Lots of internal growth. Harkless of course is the hot topic at the moment. Can he maintain the momentum and continue to improve next year? With him getting more time, teams will start to scout him more heavily and recognize they can/should force him to take the outside shot. Until he gets a more reliable jumper, he can be contained. If he improves his jumper, watch out!

We probably won't be seeing Kaman and Roberts back, so there will be two roster spots available. I'm guessing we won't see any big splash signings like Durrant, Horford, Whiteside or Parsons. I'm thinking we'll see a couple of bargain signings. Probably someone like Biyombo (age 23), Turner (age 27), Ezeli (age 26), or Fournier (age 23). I'd be okay with 2 of those signings to round out the roster and add a bit of depth.

Neil has to spend the money. This is his one chance. After this summer it's gone. Dame will be super maxed. CJ will get his extension. We won't be anywhere near the cap.

You're right, and I'm guessing Neil won't hesitate to make a few max offers. The challenge will be to get one of the big names to bite.

Maybe not even a big name. If he could add a couple scorers to this team, I think it could make a huge difference.

He can spend it on the guys we already have.

He can spend it on the guys we already have AND use the cap space. It's called restricted free agents, and we have three of them.
