Josh Smith will kill the Nets... too bad, we don't have Sean Williams now.
 
we killed hawks in that home and home. They were without Josh Smith though, but I think nets will come out fired up. I know VC will be aggressive after the crap that happened last game. No way Brook should let Al Horford be able to guard him. The key will be our defense on Joe Johnson obviously.

I think VC will step up this game offensively and defensively.

I'm a little worried that Atlanta will come out with some attitude...we helped derail their early success (which they have already recovered from)...and it really set us going on a great run. They should be fired up and ready to take advantage of the road team advantage at IZOD.
 
Josh Smith is going to kill us at the 4, fast, super athletic, pretty good strength. Not a good matchup for Yi. Marvin Williams, while not a premier player, is a very bad match up for Simmons/Hassell/ whoever. Granted almost every small forward in the league is a problem for us this year.

Frank needs to be smart about this and try to get their bigs in foul trouble, dump the ball in the post to Lopez ALL GAME, he has a huge size advantage, and it was shown in previous matchups that they cannot cover lopez.
 
Frank and this team have little to no idea on how to use big men....friggin sad.
 
Right now Lopez is the best passer on the court for the Nets. lol
 
if you told me the score was 15-14 and vince and devin only had one point apiece i'll look at you like you were crazy....

Obviously you didnt read the "Right now" part of my post, as in referring to the game currently going on, and the time right now.

And oddly enough Simmons is the best player on the court for the nets at the moment.

Missed the first quarter of the game, but judging from the statistics, looks like Yi is trying to shoot more?
 
2 points between Harris and Carter...im actually suprised we'r not down by 20 right now.

And harris has thrown some horrible passes so far.
 
Anyone know why Yi shot 7 times in the first? Were his shots good shots or forced?

He hit one tough fall away shot off of his own miss and had a nice cut for a contested lay-up off the lopez pass, other then that the rest have been spot-up misses.
 
Harris has 4 to's, and could be held accountable for 3 more charged to other players.....

Larry just got tossed.
 
Watching the game now and looks like Nets are playing like a high-school team.

Nets are the new '08 Bucks.
Harris is the new Mo Williams.
Carter is the new Vince.
Simmons is Simmons.
Yi is Yi.
Lopez is Bogut.

In all seriousness, Frank just got ejected.
