Glad to see it got a release date. After reading a preview for it the other day at IGN, I'm definitely excited for this game.

I'm not too worried about the release date. I'd rather it come out a month later and be more polished than have it released earlier with annoying glitches that could have been fixed by that extra month.

GameSpot has a pretty good overview of a few missions up on their site right now.

There is no chance this game isn't unbelievable. I can hardly wait.

I don't get why people say that. Why deny yourself? Get GTA, play it for a few months, then trade it in for Mafia 2 for an extra $20.

I agree, the wait is long, but hey, it's not like other games aren't coming out between now and then to preoccupy you. Devil May Cry 4, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Bully: Scholarship Edition, etc. are all coming out in that timespan. I'm sure you'll find something to kill time with.

</div>Wow, I totally forgot about this game. GI had a preview of it recently, as did about every worthwhile gaming website, and I must say, it looks amazing. It might also have the best graphics I've ever seen on a console.

I loved the original Mafia, plus all my friends will be getting GTA IV so I can play it at their houses or get them to bring it when they come round mine.

True but surely you might as well get it for the Live capabilities and the fact that it could possibly be the greatest game of all time.

Don't have Live. About it possibly being best game ever, theres also a possibility that it wont be and Mafia will be better.

I wish they made San Andreas for PSP. Vice City stories is awesome, and IMO better than the original.

I think San Andreas might be a bit too big for a PSP's UMD. You forget just how massive that city was. As for GTA IV being the greatest game ever, no. Not a chance. Game of the year? Maybe. Greatest game of all time? I think The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Super Mario Bros. might have a few things to say about that.

Gamespot has a bunch of newish videos up from the game, some introducing characters, and some with fake cars and companies from the game.

They have really improved the character models since the initial teaser trailer. The protagonist is much meaner looking and he seems to have a greater range of facial expressions.

I'm really getting psyched for this one.
