I love how "government" and "Military" are lumped in on the actions of a couple of clowns. I guarantee you some sailor on a submarine patrolling the WestPac, or a pilot evading SAMs in Afghanistan, or a Marine patrolling Fallujah aren't pushing for more "suicides" in Guantanamo.

If Steve Blake turned out to have killed three people and two other players knew about it, and helped him cover it up, would that not look bad on the whole team?:dunno:

"None of the men had been charged with a crime..."

Well, duh, they were armed, non-uniformed combatants, taken prisoner on the field of battle. Not only does the Constitution of the United States not apply to them, the Geneva Convention doesn't either.

That being said, if those men were murdered, then those responsible should be tried and convicted. I, for one, am not convinced that they were murdered.

As for the father's conclusions at the end of the article, how the hell does he know what anyone learned by interrogating his son?

If Steve Blake turned out to kill three people, and two other Blazers knew about it, so we canceled the Olympics b/c this makes all athletes look like murderers, you still haven't gone as far as saying this is a "military" thing.
