I cooked a groovy ham last Sunday thinking it was Easter, no kidding...~!~ :bgrin::biglaugh:
tho' I'm laughing, I am not joking- enjoy...

... we're going over to a friend's house who has a rather large pond...we'll catch some white perch, brim and some bass...freshly cleaned/filleted and fried along with fries and hush puppies...and of course there will be the egg hunt for the youngster.........ahhh, good times.

I'm making Spiral Glazed Honey Ham with Cornbread Stuffing, Sweet Corn, homemade Biscuits, and Cannoli's for Dessert.

Yuck Ron, I don't eat fish, I find it disgustingly salty. However I will have a tuna fish sandwich or fried calamari once in a while.

Stuffed shells with ricotta, Parmesan, egg & parsley filling in homemade red sauce. Stuffed
pork loin roast with cranberry, pine nuts, garlic & basil. Roasted vegetables (carrots, beets,
asparagus, & potatoes). Huge tossed salad. Bread. Wine. Fruits. Cherry glazed chocolate cake.

Happy Easter to all. Also, Happy Passover to my friends.

Cage I'm stopping by your house, I love stuffed shells.

^^^^^ 59 serves as a reminder of great times had by all, in middle georgia. Damn do I miss fishing in friends ponds... moreso than toxic bayous of luzianna.

only water in the mojave is a water reclamation plant, where I've long sent new comer's to fish. Home of the extremely rare wild 'turd fish', and enough dummies who don't get it, and show up with their boats and kids, expecting a water hole in the desert.... ie, a water reclamation plant- (sewage)...

some of the best years of my life, spent fishing in joejah, and luzianna-

ps; I always make mac & cheese, a day or so after cooking a groovy ham; gotta' have ham or bacon in my macncheese...

...Lil, your husband is a lucky man...and your cannoli reference reminded me of one of the greatest lines ever in the movies.

Ron I love to cook and btw don't know what movie that is but funny as Hell.

...Lil, I love cooking too and I pretty much do all the cooking around here...and of course, that's just fine with my bride.

...and I can't believe you don't recognize that movie clip...it's from The Godfather.

Holy Shit, I must of saw that movie like 20 times but don't remember that line.

Good Lord my mother is coming over in 10 minutes to monitor my cooking and make my Husbands head spin. :biglaugh:

you could always say you have morning sickness in the afternoon.

She might just do the cannoli's for ya'...~!~

Grilled sausages, brats, original Franks and Curry Wurst. And lots of heifeweizen!

Cheer's Tom, you've got to be having the time of your life ~!~ Curry Wurst, never had it, and it sounds great. Curry's always been a favorite, esp green goat curry; brats also, the two combined, what an idea- leave it to the German's...??? Or is that your idea- ??

Ajax is here with me. The fam is back in CA full time and visits here. But yeah, I get 6 weeks vacation so lots of time to travel!
