Truly nailed it. I pretty much heard every one of those customer comments/complaints/meltdowns during my part time "career" at Ace Hardware. And if I didn't always actually respond the way this guy did, I DID have the exact same thoughts. Lotta self absorbed, self entitled Americans out there.........
