Rich conservatives are always whining about taxes, so apparently, timed for April 15 yesterday, they bombed the Boston Marathon. April 19 is the Waco/OKC anniversary, but we all know what the timing of an April 15 bombing means.

On a lighter note, if you have no payment in the envelope, you can mail your return a few days late and not get penalized.
