If you ever go to New Seasons Market you should pick up a Lauretta Jean's pot pie (in the refrigerator case). I generally loathe pot pies but LJ's is outta this world. They make both a chicken pot pie and a beef pot pie. Great crust, not soupy and made locally. One pot pie is a perfect meal for two adults. Try it and you'll never look at Swanson's again. But then, anyone who hasn't been to Lauretta Jeans (on 34th and Division) doesn't deserve to live in the PDX......the place is flat ass amazing......

Very easy to make your own. I can post recipes. Start by storing backs, necks, wing tips in freezer until needed. If there is Asian market nearby you can get feet.
