my old roommate before I got married was really into this, I saw a couple episodes and liked it quite a bit, I just had a lot of shows going on at once so I didnt watch it all. Mainly I startd 24 from the beginning, and Lost as well.

I recommend you watch it from the beginning if you get the chance

yep thats my plan. I did enjoy the pilot when I saw it, I just had too much going on to continue it lol. I also enjoyed firefly, and am contemplating starting up Castle.

at the risk of being called the stupidest M F'er on this board.. I will still say it. While I like both Star Wars and LOTR.. for me personally LOTR hit more at home with me. LOTR has some of the finest acting I have ever seen. And a greater story IMO. I still love Star Wars and had a bunch of toys as a kid. And Han shot first, and I randomly make Tusken Raider noises in crowded places to embarrass my wife... but for me personally LOTR>Star Wars.
