Devin Harris has become an internet sensation. The video of him being schooled by a London streetballer has been viewed more than three million times. Harris says it wasn’t what it seemed to be. He tells reporters “they told me one of the Special Olympic kids wanted to play me one-on-one.” Still, he’s taking it all in stride. Meanwhile, the Nets seem pleased with their ability to put up a fight.

well, I'm guessing that the function itself went on as planned, and then at the end he was asked if he would play one of the handicapped kids in one-on-one. It;s probably unlikely that Devin was brought to the playground under false pretenses; those appearances were set up far in advance.

I don't think you can call it 'playing' if he was standing in front of someone who he was told was 'special' as in retarded. Devin said he got confused for a second when he saw he had a handle on the rock, and before he realized what was going on it was over and the other retards were laughing.

I might have taken it the wrong way. But if he was making a joke about 'kids with special needs', that's lower than what his buddy Josh Howard just did in saying about the National Anthem.

I took it complete opposite what Dumpy did. I thought he was invited for some function and said it to pass off why he was surprised the guy beat him.
