The GOP House isn't going to pass it anyway, but as of right now, the old rules of needing 60 votes to get a floor vote in the Senate is gone.

The good news? Once the GOP wins the Senate in 2013, ObamaCare is done without needing a cloture vote. Reid and the Dems are in panic mode right now.
