Has anyone here successfully switched from anti-perspirant to deodorant?

I was able to procure the deodorant yesterday.

tried it out today, not too bad really. didn't sweat that much. I guess the real test is when I have a button up on.

I have a weird reaction when I wear anti-perspirant, when I wear it actually causes me to sweat profusely. When I only wear deodorant I don't sweat. It's the damndest thing in the world.

When I was a (quite pimply) teen two decades ago, I was confronted with this decision. Not really knowing which to go with, my mom said, "Antiperspirant clogs up your pores so you don't sweat." That night I had a dream I'd put it on, and found myself with a zit in each pit the size of a good Fuji apple. Out of curiosity I crushed my arms down, and puss exploded out, drenching my body.

So, yeah, I pretty much just use deodorant.

+1. I drip with sweat when I've worn it.

I have never used either. Lose weight, you fat pigs! We skinny guys rule!

I can barely stand to use it. One stick lasts me a full day, because it tastes so awful. I chase each bite with whiskey, which helps, but it still takes most of the day to get through it. It does keep me from sweating though.

Clever way to create a more pleasant scented BM.

It's not clever. It's American, processed, BM scent enhancer. Sure, it's easy and convenient, but it will make you go blind. The proper, organic, natural solution is to put Rose Water in every dish.

day 2 was a success. not nearly the roaring pile of stank I expected.
